A: The Busbee Center is available for business and educational functions, from shareholder meetings and training sessions to trade shows, seminars and corporate entertainment.

A: The Cisco Auditorium is the perfect venue for large meetings and can seat 350 persons. Smaller meetings for 2-25 people can be held in the conference rooms. The Siemens banquet hall has complete audio-visual support and can accommodate as many as 350 for meetings. The banquet hall can also be subdivided with retractable walls to create smaller meeting spaces.
Q: How far in advance do I need to book an event?
A: As soon as you choose a date, you should check the availability of The Busbee Center. Many events are booked months in advance. While our calendar may show that a date is available, space for your event is not reserved until a contract is signed and a deposit is made.
Q: Can I rent The Busbee Center for portions of a day?
A: Yes, pricing for The Busbee Center can be based on an hourly rate or charged by the half day or full day.

A: At the current time, The Busbee Center is available Monday – Saturday.

A: Once you have determined a date for your event, check out our web site to determine if the date is available or call our event management office at 770-962-7580, ext. 6493. You may submit specifics about your event to request a proposal with pricing or call the event office to speak with an event planner. Your space is reserved once a contract has been signed and the deposit is paid.
Q: How much is the deposit?
A: A 50 percent deposit is required with any signed rental agreement, and the remainder is due just prior to your event. However, if an event is booked less 30 days prior to the event, payment in full is due with the signed contact.
Q: Can I provide my own catering?
A: Glorious Events and its subsidiary, American Food Management, are the exclusive caterers for The Busbee Center.
Q: What happens if I need to cancel my event?
A: There is a cancellation fee set forth in the contract, with the amount being determined by how far in advance the event is cancelled.
